Flying with his imagination to a dream-like city, designer Piero Massaro imagined an unusual New York, a city he loves, and re-created it for this collection.
He designed acetates where the bold 3D patterns are rectangular blocks reinventing a colourful New York with dizzying hues and volumes.
The colours range from bright red and amaranth to bright orange, from intense royal blue to sober navy, from luminous apple green to elegant brown.
In the collection’s range of models, a round shape stands out: it is the designer’s favourite shape and a regular feature in his collections. Its thickness is its strong character feature.
There is also a pentagon shape: unusual but not bizarre, and actually quite easy to wear.
As always, the collection comes in a limited and numbered edition of one hundred pieces for each model and colour.
Zips are always of the bayonet type (patent pending).
