MOMA

Inspiration is the source that sparks the new MOMA collection by Piero Massaro: a tribute to the American temple of modern art and to the intuition that guides creativity in all its forms of expression.

The simple, linear geometric shapes, the net chromatic contrasts between the transparencies and the colours that prevail in the new collection are symbolic of designer’s Piero Massaro’s burning passion for the vibrant force of abstract expressionism and conceptual art.

The new styles of the MOMA Collection are made of Rhodoïd, the most precious cellulose acetate, which combines with the strength of the Aisi 316L steel in the bayonet hinges and screws, assembled with a horizontal slant as in the most refined watchmaking. 

As small works of art 100% Made in Italy created in the Italiana Design Atelier just outside Venice, each piece of eyewear in the new MOMA collection is a limited edition of 100 pieces per colour: there are 5 styles, each available in 6 shades.
