Enchanted landscapes like those of the Great North, and the pleasure of wrapping up in fine, warm yarns, are the pleasant sides of the cold season. These are the feelings evoked by the acetates of the new “Trame di colore” (colour wefts) collection by designer Piero Massaro.
A collection where the colour patterns are reminiscent of chevron motifs and fine fabric weaves.
The Rhodoïd acetate by Mazzucchelli, the finest cellulose acetate on the market, is used to enhance the collection’s three-dimensionality and other wonderful effects.
The collection consists of six acetate prescription frames and two sunglass models in six different colours; this year, Piero Massaro also included three titanium frame models with acetate temples, one of which also has a clip-on option.
As always, the collection comes in a limited and numbered edition (one hundred pieces for each model and colour), and always with bayonet hinges (patented).
